Massage for every body.
Modalities
Swedish Massage
Often called the classic relaxation massage, Swedish Massage is a gentle yet effective way to ease tension and promote overall well-being. Using a combination of long, flowing strokes, kneading, and rhythmic percussion, this modality can be adapted to suit your preferred pressure and comfort level. While not every session includes all six traditional techniques, Swedish Massage forms the foundation of the work I do and is a wonderful introduction for anyone new to massage. It's not just about relaxation—it also supports circulation, eases muscle tension, and helps you feel more at home in your body.
Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue Massage goes beyond just applying firm pressure—it’s about working with the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue to support balance, recovery, and long-term relief. This technique is especially helpful when muscles have become "stuck" or imbalanced due to things like repetitive motion, poor posture, or past injuries. By focusing on specific areas of tension and encouraging structural alignment, Deep Tissue work can help reduce discomfort, improve mobility, and support your body in moving and feeling its best.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release is a therapeutic technique designed to release tension in the body’s fascia—the connective tissue that weaves around and through muscles, bones, and organs like a web. You can think of fascia like a snug knit sweater: if one part is pulled too tightly, it can restrict movement in other areas. With slow, sustained pressure and gentle manipulation, this technique helps unwind areas of tightness, improve range of motion, and restore a sense of spaciousness throughout your body. I make sure to incorporate this technique if you identify feeling stiff, restricted, or out of sync.
Book an appointment
At the beginning of each session, we’ll take a few moments to check in about what you're hoping to get out of your massage that day. From there, I create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your current needs. I believe massage is most effective when it can respond to what the body is asking for in the moment—so rather than sticking to one set modality, I allow my hands to guide me in a flow between techniques.
I don’t believe clients should have to choose between—or pay extra for—specific modalities. My sessions are integrative by nature. Drawing from a base of Swedish massage, I blend in techniques from Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Ayurveda, and Tui Na, as well as optional spa elements like hot stones and warm towels, depending on what best supports you in the moment.
Most importantly, your voice is central to every session. You know your body better than anyone, and your comfort, safety, and input always come first. While my training and experience guide the work, it’s your feedback that shapes it. If something doesn’t feel right, helpful, or safe, please let me know—your experience is what matters the most.
